Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. will collect and use personal information to respond to your requests for our services. Your personal information that Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. collects through public means will be treated as such. Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. may obtain personal information from different sources, including but not limited to;
     1. Application Information- Information provided from applications and other forms such as your name, address, telephone number, birthday, social security numbers, income, and employment information.
     2. Credit Reports- Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. will not run your credit profile. We will obtain permission from you for our local affiliate dealerships to run credit profiles.
     3. Correspondence-Information provided by you the consumer when communicating online by email or by telephone with our representatives.

The data that we collect is used to direct you to the appropriate qualified dealer, and allows them to pre-qualify you for an auto loan.

Sharing of Information with Third Parties
Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. may disclose information to the following types of third parties; Bankruptcy Resource Group local affiliates (dealerships that have written contracts with Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc), Credit reporting agencies  (this allows the local affiliate to obtain your credit profile and pre-qualify you for an auto loan). Personal information is disclosed to the above mentioned entities only for the purpose of locating an automobile that meets the customer's needs, and to obtain credit for the purchase of such vehicle. Below is the information we share with our third party agencies.

Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. affiliate dealerships - Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. offers placement services in partnership with qualified automotive dealers, and financial institutions who have entered into contract with us. When a consumer completes the credit application process either on our website or in person over the phone for the purpose of obtaining credit for the purchase of a vehicle, the customer agrees that Bankruptcy Resource Group, Inc may share personal information with that affiliate dealer. You the customer also agree that Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. and its local affiliate dealers will forward your application to other affiliates or financial institutions for loan pre-qualification. You the customer authorize the affiliate dealer or lender who receives your application to keep it and to obtain any other information as required, including credit profiles, as to complete the process for your request of credit. You further agree to authorize any affiliate dealer or financial institution who receives your application to inform Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. of their credit decision. 

Credit Reporting Agencies – These Companies are a necessary part of the loan process. When you apply for credit, you agree that our affiliate dealerships who obtain your application may request credit profiles from more than one credit reporting agency in connection with your application. You also authorize us to share credit information with others, such as merchants, other financial institutions and credit reporting agencies.

Merchants - Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. does not share any personal information with outside parties for the purpose of extending offers not related to an automotive purchase. Bankruptcy Resource Group Inc. may use third party advertising companies to track web browsing activities on its web sites.
